There has been at LEAST 3 director changes in the last one to two year timeframe. With that statistic alone, tells there's no stability within the establishment, so there's definitely not going to be any within the hands on with residents staff and/or company policies. Witnessed a NURSE give one resident ONE spoonful of their breakfast.

Timberview is one of the best nursing homes. My grandma has been at Timberview for about a year now. It is always hard placing a loved one in a nursing home but Timberview made it as easy on us as it could be. Thank you for everything that you do Timberview. Aperion was very nice and clean, and the staff was very helpful. The one thing I liked most about this community was that they have washers and dryers in each of the units, which I didn't see in other communities. There were cottage homes which were like little attached bungalows and they also had apartments in one building.
Wait times can be longer than 10 minutes. There were several staff changes in the past few years that we found unsettling. Be sure to review your loved one's chart periodically--changes are not always noted.

The facility offers many opportunities for exercise and involvement for all of its residents and offers three meals each day as well as transportation via shuttle to several local destinations. The furniture and decor throughout create a very homey environment.
